  • License: When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only.

  • Prohibitions: You may not record, share, resell, or redistribute any course content, videos, or worksheets without written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Refund Policy (EU Consumer Law): Due to the nature of digital content, once you have gained access to the course material (via login or download), you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only granted at our sole discretion or if there is a major technical defect that prevents access.
