This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for both physical and digital products in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and global consumer standards.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement by email at support@theparentalanchor.com.

2. Digital Products & Services

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content (e.g., PDF guides, digital courses, or downloadable tools) once the download or streaming has started.

  • By purchasing a digital product from The Parental Anchor, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded. Digital products are non-refundable.

3. Goods Exempt from Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized/Customized Goods: Items made to your specific requirements or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-printed apparel or mugs with specific names/designs).

  • Sealed Goods (Hygiene): Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable Goods: Items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.

4. Shipping & Liability for Returns

To initiate a return for a physical product, you must first contact us at support@theparentalanchor.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and instructions.

  • Costs: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

  • Liability: We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

  • Requirement for Refund: We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of received return delivery (tracking confirmation showing "Delivered") to the specific address provided by our support team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods (or valid proof of delivery), we will reimburse you no later than 14 days.

  • Method: We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

  • Fees: You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  • Condition: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund if the goods show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by our error.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
